Market-Garden memorialAt Eindhoven airbase the aircraft were located that were involved in the 65 year Market-Garden memorial. The Market-Garden operation took place in september 1944 near Arnhem (A movie "A bridge too far" was made in teh 1970's about this operation). Transport aircraft from the USAFE, RAF and Polish Air Force were present at Eindhoven for the paradroppings near Arnhem.
