Photo's made in the QRA of Ramstein. QRA: siren, get in and go.... In 1986, the F-4E's from Ramstein were phased out. The F-4's were replaced by F-16's. During this conversion, the Quick Reaction Alert task of intercepting intruders was taken over by 2 ANG units from Minnesota and North Dakota.
