USAUnited States Navy

Planes of the U.S. Navy are always remarkable. Especially the planes from aircraft carriers. The landing gear is very heavy and reliable. If an F-16 would like to land on a carrier, the undercarriage would be torn off.
At the end of this page there is a list of URL's to U.S. Navy carriers.

A US Navy carrier aircraft should always be accompanied by opening tune of the movie 'TOPGUN'. The first 3 minutes are very impressive, mind the guy kicking the air after a succesfull landing. The rest of the movie is not too bad, the flying parts then.... topgunTOPGUN intro.
